Refunds or Replacement Policy

We offer refunds or replacements only if: you received an incorrect shipment (or) the product is in a damaged condition.

Please note that no returns or claims will be accepted after the expiration of 7 days from the delivery date of the product.

Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our trusted courier partner, who will collect the order from your doorstep.

Once we receive the returned order, our dedicated service team will thoroughly assess the product. If the reported issues are verified, we will process your refund within 24 hours.
